Interior paint is the cheapest way to make a room feel new — but only when the prep is right. A bad paint job is obvious in two months: edges peel, roller marks show, trim chips, and dark colors flash. Alfaro Remodeling prep-coats, sands, caulks, and back-rolls everything we paint.
What's included
- Furniture moved or protected with plastic and drop cloths
- Floors fully masked — we use rosin paper, not just tape
- Wall repair: nail holes, drywall cracks, anchor patches, retexture
- Caulk all trim, baseboards, crown, and door casing seams
- Spot-prime stains, repairs, and high-contrast color changes
- Two coats of premium paint on walls (Sherwin-Williams Emerald, Benjamin Moore Aura, or equal)
- Trim, doors, and cabinets sprayed when feasible for a factory finish
- Daily cleanup, final walk-through, leftover paint labeled and stored
Paint we use
Walls: Sherwin-Williams Cashmere or Emerald, Benjamin Moore Regal or Aura. Trim & doors: Emerald Urethane Trim Enamel, Advance, or BIN-primed and sprayed. Ceilings: dead-flat ceiling paint, never builder-grade.
Timeline
Most whole-house interior paint jobs in North Dallas run 4–8 days depending on square footage, trim package, and color changes. Single rooms typically finish in 1–2 days.
What sets us apart
We don't sub painters out. The crew that quotes the job is the crew on the ladder. We'll move heavy furniture, take outlet covers off and put them back, and leave your house cleaner than we found it.
