Timeline & price drivers
Most North Dallas kitchens run 4–8 weeks on site. Pricing is driven by cabinet line, counter material, whether walls move, electrical service upgrades, and how much custom millwork you want. We'll give you a realistic range on the first visit instead of a lowball number we have to revisit later.
What's NOT included unless we agree up front
Structural beams, HVAC relocation, sub-floor replacement, and asbestos abatement are scoped separately so the line items stay honest. Workmanship warranty is 2 years; we honor manufacturer warranties on every product we install.
